Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn Bhd, on behalf of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of B.I.G. Industries Berhad (“BIG” or the “Company”), wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate at the forthcoming 34th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of BIG.

The Company had, at its 33rd Annual General Meeting held on 28 November 2023, obtained the mandate from its shareholders to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature which are necessary for the day-to-day operations of BIG and/or its subsidiaries. The existing shareholders’ mandate will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of BIG, unless renewal is obtained.

A circular containing the information on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate will be made available to the shareholders of BIG in due course.
