Reference is made to the announcement dated 6 September 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the members of the Board had approved the Audit Committee’s recommendation to appoint Messrs. PKF PLT (“PKF”) as the new Auditors of the Company after assessing their suitability, objectivity, independence and proposed audit fees.

PKF has consented to act as the auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 26 September 2024. Hence, PKF has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
