We refer to the announcement dated 17 July 2024 in relation to the cessation of business of the concrete division (“Announcement”). 

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the highest percentage ratio of 2.29% mentioned under item 5 of the Announcement is inapplicable as the disposal of assets is still under negotiation and has yet to be finalised.
