Further to the Company’s announcements dated 22, 27 December 2023 and 4 April 2024 (“Announcements”) on the Disposal of 100% equity stake in Oasis Capital Investment Bank Ltd ("OCIB").
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
Green Packet Berhad is pleased to announce that on 28 June 2024, the Company and the Purchaser mutually agreed to sign a Letter for the purpose to further extend the ("Extended Cut-Off Date") from 30 June 2024 for a period of two (2) months for the parties to fulfill the Conditions Precedent as set out in Clause 2 of the SSA. This further extension makes 31 August 2024 the next extended Cut-Off Date (“Further Extended Cut-Off Date”).
All other terms and conditions as stated in the Disposal of the Sale Shares shall remained unchanged and in full force and effect.
