Further to our Announcement, PMC wishes to announce that on 13 June 2024, PMC and Malayan United Industries Berhad, have reached an agreement to extend the repayment period of the Facility for a further 24-months from 15 June 2024 to 15 June 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.
