214,332,839 FREE WARRANTS ("WARRANT(S)") ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF 214,332,839 WARRANTS ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY THREE (3) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN SUPERCOMNET TECHNOLOGIES BERHAD ("STB") ("STB SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF STB AT 5:00 PM ON 17 JUNE 2019
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new STB Share at the exercise price of RM0.65 at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period"). The Warrants are subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 29 May 2019. Any Warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. If the maturity date of the Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will be deemed to fall on the market day preceding the said non-market day. This announcement is dated 27 June 2019.
