We wish to announce that SIME-C72 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 May 2024 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM2.8458 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SIME shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of SIME-C72 by ordinary post.
