BONUS ISSUE OF 372,054,237 WARRANTS IN AHB HOLDINGS BERHAD ("AHB" OR "COMPANY") ("WARRANT(S)") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN AHB HELD AS AT 5:00 P.M. ON 15 MAY 2024 ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in AHB at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 30 April 2024, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. If the maturity date of Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. This announcement is dated 24 May 2024.
