Cash Settlement Amount = Number of SPSETIA-C72 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of SPSETIA-C72 x (RM1.3498 - RM1.00) x (1/1)
= Number of SPSETIA-C72 x RM0.3498
The Closing Price of RM1.3498 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of SPSETIA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of SPSETIA-C72 by ordinary post.
