We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of CMSB by way of market making.
The CMSB-C49 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The CMSB-C49 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 11 October 2023. The CMSB-C49 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 20 October 2023, First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 19 December 2023 and Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 February 2024.
The salient terms of the CMSB-C49 are set out in the attachment.
