FIHB-PA - Notice of Book Closure

Early full redemption of Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares A ("RCPS A") by payment in cash for each RCPS A held as at 8 March 2024, 5:00 p.m. of RM0.108 per RCPS A, based on the aggregate of the issue price of the RCPS A at RM0.10 each and the dividend of not more than 8% per annum for the financial year ending 30 June 2024 at RM0.008 per RCPS A (collectively, the "Redemption Price").
