The HSI-CRA is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 18 May 2023 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The HSI-CRA is subject to terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2023 and the Term Sheet dated 22 June 2023.
The HSI-CRA will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 25 May 2023.
