The Board of Directors of Mintye wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for suspension of trading in the securities of the Company with effect from 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 19 August 2019 pending the release of a material announcement by the Company.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
