Reference is made to the announcement dated 22 November 2017.

CSL had on 24 November 2017 received a notice from Bursa Malaysia Securites Berhad ("Bursa Securities") to make an immediate announcement, for failing to make the announcement on the Status Updates by 5.00 p.m., Friday, 24 November 2017, as directed by Bursa Securities.   

In this regards, the trading of CSL's shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 5 December 2017 pursuant to Paragraph 16.02(1)(j) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
