On behalf of the Company, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Offer Price has been paid to the Scheme Shareholders today and subsequently all Scheme Shares have been transferred to Awana Citra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of F&NHB. Following the settlement of the Offer Price, the Privatisation is deemed completed on 4 November 2022.
