We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 20,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of MALAKOF by way of market making.

The MALAKOFC49 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The MALAKOFC49 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021. The MALAKOFC49 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 29 October 2021. The obligations of MCSM under MALAKOFC49 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Holdings Pty Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 25 October 2021.
