Third preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per Redeemable Preference Shares ("RPS") payable semi-annually in arrears for the period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 29 Jun 2022
2)  The last date of lodgment : 30 Jun 2022
3)  Date Payable : 19 Jul 2022

Remarks :

In accordance with the Constitution of Insas Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS holders to receive a preferential dividend of 3.8% per annum per RPS payable semi-annually in arrears. The third preferential dividend of 1.8844% is for the period from 1 January 2022 to 30 June 2022.
