The Closing Price of RM4.0623 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of PENTA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PENTA-C9's Exercise Price of RM4.80, holders of PENTA-C9 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PENTA-C9 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PENTA-C9 shall terminate absolutely.
