DELISTING OF THE ENTIRE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL OF IJM PLANTATIONS BERHAD ("IJMP" OR "COMPANY") FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 16.07(a) OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA SECURITIES ("LISTING REQUIREMENTS")

Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 23 November 2021.

The Board of Directors of IJMP wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 1 December 2021, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued share capital of IJMP will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9:00 a.m., Monday, 6 December 2021.
