We wish to announce that DIGI-C45 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 21 October 2021 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of DIGI-C45 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DIGI-C45 x (RM4.3846 - RM4.30) x (1/6)
= Number of DIGI-C45 x RM0.01410
The Closing Price of RM4.3846 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the DIGI Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be despatched as soon as practicable and no later than seven (7) market days following the Expiry Date by way of a crossed cheque drawn in favour of the holder or by electronic transfer. Any payment made shall be delivered by ordinary post.
