We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the GENM Shares.

GENM-C1B is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 December 2020 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. GENM-C1B is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 December 2020, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 March 2021 and the Term Sheet dated 24 June 2021.

GENM-C1B is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of GENM-C1B is set out in the attachment.
