We refer to the announcement by COMFORT dated 12 April 2021 and our announcement dated 14 April 2021 pertaining to the issuance of up to 174,132,912 free warrants in COMFORT (“Free Warrants”) on the basis of three (3) Free Warrants for every ten (10) existing ordinary shares held in COMFORT (“Shares”).
The Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio of the Structured Warrants shall not be adjusted as Free Warrants are not theoretically in-the-money as of the last market day on which the Shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
