ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS EXPIRING ON 13 AUGUST 2021 OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF COMFORT GLOVES BERHAD ("COMFORT") ("COMFORT-CJ") PURSUANT TO THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO 174,132,912 FREE WARRANTS ("PROPOSED FREE WARRANTS") IN COMFORT ("WARRANT") ON THE BASIS OF THREE (3) WARRANTS FOR EVERY TEN (10) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES HELD IN COMFORT AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 24 JUNE 2021

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 23 Jun 2021
2)  The last date of lodgment : 24 Jun 2021
 

Remarks:

Please refer to Macquarie Capital Securities (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.'s announcement dated 14 April 2021 for further information on the adjustments. Any adjustments to be made pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants shall be dependent on the price of the Shares immediately prior to the ex-date for the Proposed Free Warrants.

The above adjustments will take effect from 9.00 am on 23 June 2021, being the first day of dealings in the Shares on an ex-entitlement basis. We will make an announcement on the final adjustments to COMFORT-CJ on the last market day on which the Shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
