Please refer to Macquarie Capital Securities (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.'s announcement dated 14 April 2021 for further information on the adjustments. Any adjustments to be made pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants shall be dependent on the price of the Shares immediately prior to the ex-date for the Proposed Free Warrants. The above adjustments will take effect from 9.00 am on 23 June 2021, being the first day of dealings in the Shares on an ex-entitlement basis. We will make an announcement on the final adjustments to COMFORT-CJ on the last market day on which the Shares are traded on a cum-entitlement basis. This announcement is dated 14 June 2021. |
