We refer to the announcement made by BURSA dated 2 February 2021 and our announcement dated 3 February 2021 pertaining to the Special Dividend. In accordance with Condition 6 of our Deed Poll, the terms and conditions of BURSA-C34 shall not be adjusted as the adjustments amount to less than 2% of the Exercise Price and Exercise Ratio being changed.
