We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the GREATEC Shares. GREATEC-CA is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 9 December 2020 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. GREATEC-CA is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 December 2020 and the Term Sheet dated 20 January 2021. GREATEC-CA is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of GREATEC-CA is set out in the attachment. |
