Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 July 2020 and subsequent announcements, as well as the circular to shareholders dated 4 September 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed Order has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 26 November 2020. The Capital Reduction shall therefore take effect and be deemed completed on this date.
Accordingly, the entitlement date in respect of the Capital Repayment will be announced in due course.
