Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 31 October 2019, 26 November 2019, 26 February 2020, 22 May 2020 and 21 August 2020.
On 6 November 2020, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has, vide its letter dated 6 November 2020, granted the Company an extension of time of up to 31 March 2021 to submit a regularisation plan to regulatory authorities.
The Board of Directors of SIG Gases Berhad wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of formulating a regularisation plan. Any further development on the regularisation plan will be announced accordingly.
The Company has approximately four (4) months to submit a regularisation plan to regulatory authorities for approval.
