The Board of Directors of SIG Gases Berhad wishes to announce that the following two (2) dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company had on 16 November 2020, applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia for striking off pursuant to Section 550 of the Companies Act, 2016 ("Proposed Striking Off"):
1) SIG Properties Sdn. Bhd. 2) Southern Oxygen Sdn. Bhd.
