Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 July 2020 and subsequent announcements, as well as the circular to shareholders dated 4 September 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Company had on today filed the petition to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (“High Court”) to obtain an order by the High Court confirming the reduction of share capital of the Company pursuant to Section 116 of the Act.
