ADJUSTMENTS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS EXPIRING ON 26 FEBRUARY 2021 OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF KOSSAN RUBBER INDUSTRIES BERHAD ("KOSSAN") ("KOSSAN-C13") PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 1,278,935,808 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN KOSSAN ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING SHARE HELD IN KOSSAN AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 12 OCTOBER 2020
