Further to the announcement made on 9 July 2020 on the Proposed Variation and Withdrawal, the Board of Directors of SIGGAS wishes to inform that the draft Circular pertaining to the Proposed Variation and Withdrawal had been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 July 2020 for perusal. The Company will make the necessary announcement in due course.
