Adjustment to the exercise price and number of outstanding warrants 2018/2023 in Notion VTec Berhad ("NVB") constituted by the deed poll dated 26 February 2018 ("Deed Poll) ("Warrants-C") pursuant to the bonus issue of 168,325,033 new ordinary shares in NVB ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing ordinary shares in NVB ("Shares") held as at 5.00 p.m. on 15 May 2020 ("Entitlement Date") ("Bonus Issue")
Following the Bonus Issue, the exercise price of the outstanding Warrants-C will be revised from RM0.84 to RM0.56 each while 16,529,337 additional Warrants-C will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 May 2020 (collectively referred to as the "Adjustments"). Further, in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll, the Adjustments will take effect on 18 May 2020, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date for the Bonus Issue. The notice to the holders of Warrants-C setting out the details of the Adjustments as well as the notice of allotment of the additional Warrants-C will be despatched in due course.
