We refer to the announcement dated 16 January 2020 in relation to the Bonus Issue.
Following the adjustments to the exercise price and number of outstanding Warrants-C pursuant to the Bonus Issue and in accordance with the provisions under the Deed Poll, an additional 16,529,337 Warrants-C will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 May 2020 and the exercise price for the Warrants-C will be revised from RM0.84 to RM0.56 ("Adjustments").
The total number of Warrants-C outstanding after the Adjustments is 49,589,187.
