BONUS ISSUE OF 72,550,156 FREE WARRANTS IN EWEIN BERHAD ("EWEIN") ("WARRANTS") ISSUED PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 75,396,296 WARRANTS ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY FOUR (4) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN EWEIN ("EWEIN SHARE(S)" OR "SHARE(S)") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF EWEIN AT 5:00 PM ON 10 SEPTEMBER 2019
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for one (1) new Ewein Share at any time during the exercise period as indicated above ("Exercise Period") at the exercise price of RM0.80, subject to adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants dated 13 August 2019. Any Warrants which are not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid and shall be cancelled and treated to have been cancelled forthwith. If the maturity date of the Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will be deemed to fall on the market day preceding the said non-market day. This announcement is dated 27 September 2019.
