Bonus Issue of 119,394,669 new warrants in Gabungan AQRS Berhad ("GBGAQRS" or the "Company") ( "Warrants B") on the basis of one (1) Warrant B for every four (4) existing ordinary shares in GBGAQRS ("GBGAQRS Shares") held as at 5:00 p.m. on 25 September 2018 ("Bonus Issue of Warrants")
Each Warrant B entitles its registered holder to subscribe for 1 GBGAQRS Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants B dated 05 September 2018. Any Warrant B which is not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. This announcement is dated 2 October 2018.
