Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 26 March 2026, 23 April 2026, 28 April 2026, and 13 October 2026 in relation to the Private Placement (collectively, the "Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms and abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements. 

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 2 November 2026, approved TDEX's Extension of Time Application of 6 months up to 27 April 2027 to complete the implementation of the Private Placement.
