Pursuant to Paragraphs 8.23(2)(b) and 10.08 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements") on the provision of financial assistance which involves the interest of related parties, the Board of Directors of CHGP ("Board") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia RAM Capital Sdn Bhd ("BR Capital"), has offered a Shariah-Compliant Business Term Financing  Facility of up to Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Million (RM15,000,000.00) ("Facility") to Dawn Land Sdn Bhd ("DLSB"), a 70%-owned subsidiary of BKG Development Sdn Bhd ("BKGD"), which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
