The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, together with Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 199501023204 (352407-U)) ("KPMSB") and Betapac Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200001013889 (516495-U)) ("BSB"), via an unincorporated joint venture, received a Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") dated 21 October 2026 issued by TNB to perform contract works for the "ESTABLISHMENT OF PMU 500/275/132/33/11kV PAKA GIS, TERENGGANU" ("Contract") ("Works"). For the avoidance of doubt, JTHSB, KPMSB, and BSB have agreed to collaborate and work together via an unincorporated joint venture for the Contract.
