Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 18 September 2026 in relation to the resignation of TGS TW PLT as the External Auditors of Colform.

The Board of Directors of Colform wishes to announce that KUDOS SBC PLT [202606000025 (LLP0046342-LCA) & AF002629] ("Kudos"), have given their Consent to Act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 21 October 2026.

Hence, Kudos is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 on 21 October 2026 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
