The Board of Directors of Revenue ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company has on 21 October 2026 entered into a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement ("Agreement") with Zhuhai Hengqin WeSure Digital Technology Co., Ltd. ("WeSure") to establish a strategic cooperation in cross-border payments, aggregated payment solutions for the insurance industry and the joint development of insurance-related business in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand (collectively, the "Cooperation Regions").

Further details of the Agreement are set out in the attachment enclosed.
