The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) ("JTHSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 16 October 2026 accepted a Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") issued by a customer ("Customer") to perform contract works as main contractor for a contract namely "DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT FOR AUTHORITY SUBMISSION, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING, SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE DURING THE DEFECTS NOTIFICATION PERIOD ("DNP') FOR 275KV UNDERGROUND CABLE DUCT & CABLE PIT CIVIL WORKS AND 11KV TEMPORARY POWER INTERCONNECTION WORKS ON THE LAND HELD UNDER MUKIM BUKIT BATU, DAERAH KULAI, JOHOR DARUL TA'ZIM, MALAYSIA"("Contract") ("Works") for a contract sum of RM30,101,920.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Million One Hundred One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Only) ("Contract Sum") inclusive of taxes, insurance coverage and Construction Industry Development Board ("CIDB') levy.
