The Board of Directors of GDB ("Board " or "the Company") wishes to announce that GDB Infra Sdn. Bhd. ("GDBISB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 02 August 2026 accepted a sub-contract agreement dated 02 August 2026 from I-Ilham Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ("I-Ilham"), for the appointment of GDBISB as the Sub-Contractor to undertake the construction and completion works under the sub-contract in respect of the proposed " Program Ramalan Dan Amaran Banjir (PRAB) Fasa 3 Sarawak" for a sub-contract sum of RM118,992,249.32 only (the "Sub- Contract"). The disclosure of the sub-contract was subject to clearance from I-Ilham, which was obtained on 19 October 2026.
