The Board of Directors of Borneo Oil Berhad (Bornoil or the Company) wishes to
announce that the Company has changed its financial year end from 30 Jun to 31 Dec.
This change aligns the Groups financial reporting with the calendar year and the
operational cycles of its core segments. Transitioning to a 31 Dec year-end optimises
inventory management, resource allocation, and budgeting workflows, enabling Bornoil
to present a clearer reflection of its operational and financial performance.
