We wish to announce that LHI-C37 has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 19 October 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount
= Number of LHI-C37 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of LHI-C37 x (RM0.7310 - RM0.8500) x (1/1.5)
= Number of LHI-C37 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM0.7310 was determined based on the average closing price of the LHI Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised LHI-C37 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to LHI-C37 shall terminate absolutely.
