Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 1 September 2026 in relation to the resignation of TGS TW PLT as the Auditors of Adnex.

The Board of Directors of Adnex wishes to announce that Nexia SSY PLT (AF 002009), having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 15 October 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
