We refer to the Company's announcements dated 11 August 2023, 19 September 2023, 19 October 2023, 8 November 2023, 30 May 2024, 5 March 2025 and 24 September 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcement.
SAS has received full payment from PMI as per the final award decision from the arbitration tribunal with breakdown as follows:
- Principal sum of USD299,224.63;
- Interest RM209,219.50; and
- RM339,712.10 as costs.
