Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 October 2026 in relation to the resignation of Kreston John & Gan as the Auditors of Snowfit. 

The Board of Directors of Snowfit wishes to announce that Kudos SBC PLT, having consented to act as the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, is appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 15 October 2026 and will hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
