The Board of Directors of JAG wishes to announce that JAG Renewable Energy Sdn. Bhd. ("JAG Renewable"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of JAG, had on 14 October 2026, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Kobe Steel, Ltd. [Company No: 1400-01-005714] ("KSL" or "Vendor") of 2-4, Wakinohama-Kaigandori 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo, 651-8585, Japan, for the purchase of a piece of freehold land held under H.S.(D) 329003, PT 58002, Pekan Hicom, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor bearing the postal address Lot No. 40414, Persiaran Sabak Bernam, Hicom Industrial Estate Seksyen 26, 40400 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, measuring approximately 15,016 square metres, (hereinafter referred to as "Land") for a total purchase price of RM36,888,000/- (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty-Six Million Eight Hundred and Eighty-Eight Thousand) only ("Purchase Price"), only, upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA.
