Reference is made to the announcements made on 29 April 2024, 29 May 2024 and 19 June 2024 and 14 November 2024 regarding this Suit 58. 

 

All abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as the words and expressions defined in the said announcements. 

 

Further to the said announcements made, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the trial of this Suit 58 proceeded on 5 October 2026, 8 October 2026, 12 October 2026 and 13 October 2026 at the Penang High Court. 

 

The Court has fixed 16 October 2026, 16 November 2026 and 8 December 2026 to continue the trial of this Suit 58. 

 

Further announcements on the material development of this Suit 58 will be made from time to time, where necessary.
